Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. All applicable duties and import taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout — you will never be asked to pay extra on delivery.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 consecutive days, contact us at support@getrecoverly.co and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once at no additional cost to you.
